Grammy nominated, Irish singer Eabha McMahon will host this 3-Day Forum comprising a mix of talks, panels, workshops and masterclasses all connected to the world of Irish Traditional. Folk and Celtic Music, followed each evening by specially created concerts bringing the ultimate in Celtic entertainment.

Celtic World Forum will provide a unique opportunity to engage with leading experts and artists in the field whilst immersing in the past and present of Celtic music and culture. It will explore the evolution of its popularity from the earliest pioneers right through to the latest global successes that do so much to sustain and grow the interest in the culture throughout every corner of the world.

The entire event will take place at the stunning Irish Institute of Music & Song in Balbriggan Co.Dublin, a short car or train journey from the city centre. The facilities provided there are outstanding  and a beautiful setting for the Forum. The days events will be held in the main buildings of IIMS including their open air amphitheatre (with covered roof for the Irish weather!). The concerts on each evening will be held in the adjacent, brand new state of the art concert hall they have just recently built.

The attendance will be restricted to just 80 persons for the Forum whilst the evening concerts at The Lark will be capped at 350.

This 3 day gathering promises to be informative, inspiring, and entertaining for all those who attend and an unforgettable experience for anyone passionate about the world of Celtic arts.

The event will not only provide an informative and enjoyable experience for those with a passion for listening to these styles of music but will also provide invaluable insights for singers and musicians that perform in these genres, about the scale of the global audience for this style of music and ways in which they can introduce their talent around the world.

Attendees will leave with a deeper understanding of the music, culture and history of Celtic entertainment as well as gaining practical knowledge on performance and other aspects.
